Keegan Bradley

Keegan Bradley - USA Ryder Cup Team 2012

Keegan Bradley is one of the new names on the American Ryder Cup team for 2012 but he is expected to thrive in the pressure cooker of Medinah. Bradley has had a meteoric rise to the top of the game over the past couple of years and an appearance in the Ryder Cup will be one of the biggest achievements of his young career to date.

Bradley shot to stardom in 2011 when in his very first start in a major championship he managed to win the USPGA Championship in thrilling fashion. He became just the third players ever to win a Major on their first start and ever since we have seen Keegan Bradley thrive at the top end of the rankings. That win followed his success in the Byron Nelson Championship as he became the Rookie Of the Year in 2011 as he set him self on the way to Ryder Cup qualification.

Keegan Bradley has been in good form in 2012 as well with a World Golf Championship win at Bridgestone the highlight at the start of August. That win secured his place in the Ryder Cup and he can now look forward to making his debut against Europe at the end of September. Davis Love will be delighted to have Bradley on his team this year and despite the fact he is a rookie, he could well prove to be a crucial member of the American team this time around.

The Americans will be looking towards their younger players like Keegan Bradley to give them the lift they need as they look to win the Ryder Cup back. Bradley has so far played extremely well under pressure in the Major championships which should stand him good stead for the Ryder Cup but it will be fascinating to follow his progress in Chicago.
